Conditions We Treat
The shoulder is a complex joint that is made up of 3 bones coming together (humeral head, scapula and clavicle). The glenohumeral joint is the the “ball and socket” joint that most people associate with the shoulder. The “socket” is lined with 2 types of cartilage called articular cartilage and the labrum. It must be mobile enough for the wide range actions of the arms and hands, but also stable enough to allow for actions such as lifting, pushing, pulling and throwing. The compromise between mobility and stability results in a large number of shoulder problems not faced by other joints.
The shoulder has many nerve irritation syndromes that contribute to pain and decreased mobility. The main nerves contributing to shoulder pain are the Axillary, Suprascapular, Supraclavicular, Radial and Musculocutaneous. Whether your pain is acute or chronic, sport related, due to injury, work related or just hurts, Perineural Injection Therapy can help. Call MD2.0 to make any appointment today.

Greg Reser, MD
“One of the most gratifying aspects of my clinic is seeing a patient walk in with debilitating pain and walk out feeling dramatically improved. Treating acute or chronic pain has been one of the motivating factors for my pursuit in learning Neural Prolotherapy. It is amazing to myself and the patient to have their pain extinguished. I have received more than one hug for treating patients that suffer from this severe pain.”
